Certified Network Cable Installer

The Certified Network Cable Installer is (CNCI) a professional with expertise in implementing network cabling infrastructure for an organization. They have the expertise in the network cabling infrastructure for an organization. The Network Cable Installer is involved with the design and deployment of the communications cabling infrastructures that practice the basis of local area network (LAN) infrastructures for an IT and Telecom companies.
The Certified professionals are engaged in installation, testing, and survey exercises for both copper and fiber cable installation for an organization.  They ensure the communication is uninterrupted by the proper network cabling system.

Job Responsibilities

CNCI professionals are responsible for the fixing and to authorize of data network structured cabling, as part of a team or autonomously. The planned cabling must be installed in agreement with national and international standards for both fiber-optic and copper data networks.
Network Cable Installers define cabling requirements and perform a sequence of work to make sure that networks are installed and terminated properly.
The Cable Installer ensures to plan network installations by using manuals and technical specifications given by the clients. They install and maintain cable pathway systems such as J-hooks, D-rings and cable racks.
Cable Installer should document networks by labeling routing equipment and cables and recording diagrams and specifications. They set up new cabling frames by following strict industry standards and manufacturers’ instructions

Wireless Lan Port

WLAN include an access point (AP) which is used to connect to the internet. AP sends and receives radio frequency signal to the connected devices. In 1990 WLAN installation was expensive and was only deployed where the wired connection was not possible. In the late 1990s, cost decreases to implement WLAN because of using IEEE 802.11 standard. It works with a bandwidth of 2.4 GHZ (802.11b) or 5 GHZ (802.11 a). The devices which WLAN connects are also called clients.
WLAN port gives a high data transfer rate. It uses star topology in which all nodes send/receive data through access points. It works better in homes and offices. Especially in offices no extra cables are required and arranging a meeting is also easy.  It has a data transfer rate of 1-10 Mbps. Wireless LAN uses security which includes WEP or WPZ. It also uses infrared technology if required.

Wireless Infrastructure In Cities

Wireless connectivity is a problem that cities across the country currently face. This is not something that will happen in ten years, but a revolution that is happening right now. No one could have predicted that wireless technology would explode as it did.

Do you think of wireless coverage as part of your city's infrastructure?

We must begin to think of wireless technology as infrastructure, in the same way that we think of water and sewage systems. Four out of five Americans say that mobile connectivity is a necessary part of their daily lives. Let's be clear: mobile Internet access is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Again and again, studies after study on this subject, multiple sources say the same thing: Internet connectivity is NOW an essential element of modern life. Connectivity is a critical part of private enterprise, family life and effective governance. We should be doing our best in our cities to encourage the implementation of wireless infrastructure.

The pressing need for a robust wireless infrastructure will only increase. It is difficult to keep up with the demand for additional wireless infrastructure to serve businesses and residents of our communities, but demand will continue to increase. When you think of wireless technology, do you only think of mobile phones? It is really much more than that. It includes water meters, gas meters, all electric meters. Almost all new cars delivered today have a mobile-enabled modem on board. Traffic lights, street lamps, iPhones, even iWatches.

Wireless Network For A Client

Stands for "Wireless Local Area Network." A WLAN, or wireless LAN, is a network that allows devices to connect and communicate wirelessly. Unlike a traditional wired LAN, in which devices communicate over Ethernet cables, devices on a WLAN communicate via Wi-Fi.

While a WLAN may look different than a traditional LAN, it functions the same way. New devices are typically added and configured using DHCP. They can communicate with other devices on the network the same way they would on a wired network. The primary difference is how the data is transmitted. In a LAN, data is transmitted over physical cables in a series of Ethernet packets containing. In a WLAN, data is transmitted over the air using one of the IEEE 802.11 protocols.

As wireless devices have grown in popularity, so have WLANs. In fact, most routers sold are now wireless routers. A wireless router serves as a base station, providing wireless connections to any Wi-Fi-enabled devices within range of the router's wireless signal. This includes laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other wireless devices, such as smart appliances and smart home controllers. Wireless routers often connect to a cable modem or other Internet-connected device to provide Internet access to connected devices.

LANs and WLANs can be merged together using a bridge that connects the two networks. Many wireless routers also include Ethernet ports, providing connections for a limited number of wireless devices. In most cases, wireless routers act as a bridge, merging the Ethernet and Wi-Fi-connected devices into the same network. This allows wired and wireless devices to communicate with each other through a single router.

CONFIGURE PEPLINK CAPTIVE PORTAL WITH INCONTROL2

In this article we will briefly explain how to configure a captive portal (Hotspot) with devices through InControl2.
As the Peplink Captive Portal is hosted in the “cloud” (Incontrol2) we can use any and  to use this Captive Portal functionality.
Note: If we only use  to configure our portal, we will be limited to the functions that an access point gives you, so there will be no VLAN management. (It will only allow us to add a TAG in the SSID in case we have a team that manages VLAN behind the AP)
To use a Peplink captive portal , it is essential to have the subscription of “ ontrol 2 ”. The “ InControl 2 ” management portal is free during the first year of warranty, then you can choose to renew the subscription annually.
The configuration is relatively simple, and it is not necessary to have advanced knowledge in networks to perform it successfully.
We will divide this guide into 4 basic steps that would be in order:
Step 1 - Add our equipment in “ InControl2 ”
Step 2 - Portal configuration. With guest access, email and social media. Step 3 - Setting up the guest VLAN.
Step 4 - SSID configuration.
Step 1: Adding our equipment to InControl
To add a device in InControl 2 , we must access the URL https://incontrol2.peplink.com with our email and password
We go to " Organization Settings → Add Devices ".

civil engineering consultancy

Working with a business civil engineering consultancy can be complicated since, although they are the experts, the entrepreneur feels that he is the one with the greatest knowledge about his own business. To prevent possible conflicts and increase the effectiveness of collaboration, the following steps should be followed:
  1. Inform the business consultancy in detail about the objective to be achieved.
  2. Provide all the data about the business that the consulting team requires.
  3. Establish a time frame for the project.
  4. Define a communication program , where weekly meetings and monthly reports should not be missing.
While it is convenient to let the team of advisors work according to their method, it may be beneficial to agree that, on a regular basis, feedback be delivered that allows for improved collaboration between the two companies. Discovering how each party can do better can lead to significant advantages for the business team and business consulting , provided that this feedback is carried out in the manner and deadlines.
Have you turned to the services of a business consultancy? What has been your experience? What would you recommend to other entrepreneurs who wish to hire a team of experts to solve situations such as those mentioned in this post?
Sometimes, business managers will decide to involve a consultant to benefit from the knowledge that a different perspective can provide, others to try to resolve a crisis; It is also common to seek the support of a business consultancy to move forward in a change management process or to implement new policies or work methods. Issues related to regulatory compliance and human resources of the company are two of the areas that, most often, end up leading to the hiring of a business consultancy .
Whatever the reason, a professional team prepared with an objective vision, the necessary experience and specific skills to face the situation for which they have been hired must be sought.
